A full moon is the moment the Moon stands exactly opposite the Sun and the whole disc we can see is lit. It comes around every 29.5 days or so, and it always falls in the sign opposite the one the Sun is in.
Astrologers read the full moon as the visible half of a cycle that opened at the previous new moon: what was started in the dark is now out where it can be seen, which is why the tradition ties it to endings, results and things coming to a head. The date, time and degree on this page are the real position of the Moon at that instant, calculated with Swiss Ephemeris, so you can check which part of your own chart the lunation lands on. What it means for your week is interpretation, not astronomy, and we would rather say that than dress a calculation up as a prediction.
