What a birth chart reading is
A natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the minute you were born — every planet at a specific degree, the Ascendant on the horizon, twelve houses cut around it, and the angles those points make to each other. A reading is what happens when that geometry is described in sentences: not "your Moon is at 26°39' Capricorn", but what a Capricorn Moon squaring your Sun tends to do to a person who has to feel competent before they let themselves feel anything else.

Not a horoscope
A horoscope is written for a twelfth of the planet. This is written for one chart, and two people born the same day in different cities get different readings.
Not the AI chat
The chat answers a question about today — your chart against the transits currently overhead. A reading is the chart itself, in full, and it does not expire tomorrow.
Not a prediction
No dates of death, illness, pregnancy or specific financial outcomes. The model is explicitly instructed against all four, and a reading that promised them would be lying with more confidence, not more accuracy.
How to judge an AI astrologer
Four questions worth asking of any service, including this one. None of them need our word for it.
Where do the positions come from?
Ask what computes the chart. A language model does not know planetary positions and will invent them fluently; an ephemeris knows them to the arc-second. The tell is the Ascendant: ask for it with an exact birth time, then check the degree against any professional chart tool. It either matches or it does not.
What happens with no birth time?
A service that still hands you an Ascendant and houses without a birth time is guessing, because those cannot be computed without the exact minute. The honest answer is to leave them out and say why. This is the single fastest way to tell a calculator from a text generator.
Does it refuse anything?
Ask it to predict a date of death, an illness or a specific financial outcome. A service worth using declines. One that answers is optimising for engagement, and the confidence you are reading has nothing behind it.
What do you get before paying?
Look for a full reading rather than a teaser: what the free tier contains, whether an account is required, and whether the chart itself stays visible next to the text so the interpretation can be checked against the numbers.

How accurate is an AI birth chart reading?
The astronomy is exact — Swiss Ephemeris is the same library professional astrology software runs on, and the positions are computed to the arc-second for your exact minute and city. The interpretation is interpretation: it is a well-informed reading of real geometry, not a measurement of your future. Judge it the way you would judge any astrologer — by whether it describes something true, not by whether it predicts something.
Do I need my exact birth time?
For the planets by sign, no. For the Ascendant and the houses, yes — the Ascendant moves a full degree every four minutes, so without a time it cannot be computed at all. We leave it out rather than guess it, and the reading is written from what is actually known.
Is the first reading really free?
Yes, and without an account: one free reading a week from a single address, three a week once you sign in. There is no card required to see whether the thing is any good.
How is this different from asking a general AI chatbot to read my chart?
A general chatbot has to guess the positions — and it does guess, confidently and wrongly, because planetary positions are not something a language model knows. Here the chart is computed first by an ephemeris and handed to the model as data. The difference shows up immediately in the Ascendant and the houses, which a chatbot cannot get right without the math.
Which zodiac and house system do you use?
Tropical zodiac with Placidus houses. Above the polar circles, where Placidus is undefined, the calculation falls back to Porphyry — and the reading says which system it used.
Can I get the reading in my own language?
It is written in the language of the interface, and there are ten: English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Korean, Thai and Japanese. Not translated afterwards — written in that language from the start.
Can I read someone else's chart?
You can compute any chart you have the birth data for, and people routinely run their partner or their mother. What you cannot do is treat the result as a verdict about them: it describes tendencies in a chart, not decisions a person has to make.
