AstraBrain is a platform providing astrological and psychological reports generated by Artificial Intelligence. All information is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
2. Service Usage
By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the generated reports.
3. Payments and Refunds
We offer paid services (e.g., "Book of Life" or a Pro subscription) by card, Telegram Stars or other payment methods shown at checkout. Because you are purchasing instantly generated digital content, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed technical failures on our end or where the law requires otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
The algorithms, design, logos, and platform structure are protected by copyright. You may share your personal reports on social media, but commercial resale of the reports is prohibited.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 uptime but reserve the right to suspend the service for maintenance. We do not guarantee AI generation will always be available due to reliance on third-party APIs.
6. Subscriptions
Where a Pro subscription renews automatically, it renews for the same period and at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time: follow the cancellation instructions of your payment service, cancel in Telegram if you paid with Telegram Stars, or write to info@astrabrain.io. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
