Astrology in Formula 1

Formula 1 is a sport where results are measured to the thousandth of a second and every driver has a public birth date. Every race also has an exact start time. That is all an astrologer needs to compute something real.

Here you will find the natal charts of the 22 drivers of the 2026 grid, a comparison of the two drivers in each team, and the sky at the start of every Grand Prix that is still ahead this season.

How we calculate, and what astrology cannot do

Every planetary position comes from the Swiss Ephemeris, the same engine that calculates all charts on AstraBrain. No position is made up by a language model.

Birth dates and places are checked against two sources, Wikidata and Wikipedia. A birth time is used only when Astro-Databank rates the record AA (from a birth record) or A (quoted by the person or family). That is the case for 7 of the 22 drivers. For the other 15 we do not guess a time, so their charts show planets by sign only, with no Ascendant and no houses.

The texts explain what a position means in astrological tradition. They are written by AI strictly from the computed positions. Astrology is used here as a tradition of interpretation, not as a forecast: nothing on this page predicts race results, careers, money or health.

Questions about astrology and Formula 1

Can astrology predict who will win a Grand Prix?

No. A birth chart cannot be tested against lap times, and we do not publish race predictions. What we publish are exact positions of the planets, for example where the Moon and Mars stand at the start of a race, and a symbolic reading of them.

Where do the birth dates and birth times of the drivers come from?

Dates and birthplaces are checked against Wikidata and Wikipedia. Birth times come only from Astro-Databank and only when its Rodden rating is AA (birth record) or A (quoted by the person or family).

Why do some drivers have no Ascendant?

The Ascendant changes sign about every two hours, so it cannot be found without a birth time. For 15 of the 22 drivers there is no reliable time on record, so we show planets by sign only.

What is the sky on race day?

It is the position of the planets at the moment the race starts, computed with the same ephemeris, plus a list of drivers whose natal Sun the Moon or Mars touches that day. It describes the sky, not the outcome of the race.

Planetary positions are calculated exactly with the Swiss Ephemeris. The interpretation is written by AI from those positions. Astrology is used here as a tradition of interpretation, not as a forecast: it does not predict race results, careers, money or health. Treat this as a way of reading the sky.
